ok so there is a chance i might get an office management position and i need some encouragement?
i just started a new job and the place is just opening and there is talk i will get the office management position, it is exciting but it is a fairly hard job and i feel like i am expected to be an expert, i just went through 5 days of training. it wasnt that great of training tho.. how do u all handle the nerves and stress of a new job and keep urself from getting discouraged?
