Help to reduce stress and anger management!?
Ok, so i have been really stressed about school, sports and bullying. I sometimes get bullied, sometimes i bully. I have a really bad temper, i guess ( thats what my friends, family and school principal.) I have been "lashing out" in school and since school started i must have been in the office 20 times for physical violence! I really want to stop. Any suggestions to reduce stress and control my anger???? Please Help!!
