I used to get nausea, stomach cramps, shaking, and disorientation when I'd have panic attacks. They are our body's way of reacting to being under stress. Sometimes it's best just to stop what you're doing and take a few deep breaths. What ever you do DON'T have anything with caffeine in it... this will make symptoms worse.
References :
i suffer from panic attacks and i get several of these symptoms, some of this is due to to much adrenaline, and taking in too much oxygen, and yes partly in our heads too.
References :
The symptoms you describe sound normal to me (I've had anxiety attacks). Unless you go on medication to stop your panic attacks, there's nothing you can do about those symptoms.

If your attacks are frequent and disabling (like you describe), you may want to see your doctor for a prescription for anti-anxiety medication.

The meds that stop anxiety attacks work very well, and in relatively short order, but there are side effects that your doctor will/should talk to you about.
